Jeden Samstag um 09:00h findet in der Bonner Rheinaue ein 5km-Lauf für Menschen aller Fitnesslevel statt. Jeder kann die Strecke laufen, gehen oder walken. Das Ganze wird von Freiwilligen organisiert und ist kostenlos.
Im "Steinkreis" bei diesem Cache treffen sich die Teilnehmer vor dem Start.
Wer gerne buddelt oder klettert kann das an anderen Stellen in der Rheinaue tun, für den Cache ist dies nicht erforderlich.

Every Saturday at 09:00 am there is a 5k run in the Rheinaue park in Bonn for people of all fitness levels. Anyone can run, walk, or hike the course. The event is organized by volunteers and is free of charge.
Participants will meet in the "stone circle" at this cache before the start.
Those who like to dig or climb can do so at other places in the Rheinaue park, but this is not required for the cache.
