La chiesa, dedicata al vescovo di Aquileia San Crisogono, si trova verso la fine di Città Giardino, di fronte al ricreatorio Spes, all'incrocio di Viale del Turismo e Viale Martiri della Libertà
La chiesa è stata aperta al culto il 18 ottobre 1981, benedetta dall'arcivescovo di Gorizia mons. Cocolin.
Vetrate
Le rappresentazioni sacre (icone) in vetrofusione presenti sulle pareti sono opera dell'artista gradese Jonny Cester.
Il tema conduttore è l'acqua ed i riferimenti ai passi dei Vangeli sono:
Mt 4,19 - E disse loro: «Seguitemi, vi farò pescatori di uomini»
Mc 4,39 - Destatosi, sgridò il vento e disse al mare: «Taci, calmati!». Il vento cessò e vi fu grande bonaccia.
Gv 4,7 - Arrivò intanto una donna di Samaria ad attingere acqua. Le disse Gesù: «Dammi da bere».
Gv 13,5 - Poi versò dell'acqua nel catino e cominciò a lavare i piedi dei discepoli e ad asciugarli con l'asciugatoio di cui si era cinto.

The church, dedicated to the bishop of Aquileia San Crisogono, is located towards the end of Città Giardino, in front of the Spes recreation center, at the intersection of Viale del Turismo and Viale Martiri della Libertà
The church was opened for worship on October 18, 1981, blessed by the archbishop of Gorizia, Msgr. Cocolin.
Stained glass windows
The sacred representations (icons) in fused glass on the walls are the work of the artist from Grado Jonny Cester.
The leitmotif is water and the references to the passages of the Gospels are:
Mt 4:19 - And he said to them: "Follow me, I will make you fishers of men"
Mk 4.39 - When he woke up, he rebuked the wind and said to the sea: "Be quiet, calm down!". The wind ceased and there was a great calm.
Jn 4,7 - Meanwhile a woman from Samaria arrived to draw water. She said to her Jesus: "Give me a drink."
Jn 13: 5-lei Then she poured water into the basin and began to wash the disciples' feet and to dry them with the towel with which he was girded.

Die dem Bischof von Aquileia San Crisogono geweihte Kirche befindet sich am Ende der Città Giardino, vor dem Erholungszentrum Spes, an der Kreuzung der Viale del Turismo und der Viale Martiri della Libertà
Die Kirche wurde am 18. Oktober 1981 für den Gottesdienst geöffnet, gesegnet vom Erzbischof von Görz, Msgr. Cocolin.
Buntglasfenster
Die heiligen Darstellungen (Ikonen) aus geschmolzenem Glas an den Wänden sind das Werk des Künstlers aus Grado Jonny Cester.
Das Leitmotiv ist Wasser und die Bezüge zu den Passagen der Evangelien sind:
Mt 4:19 - Und er sagte zu ihnen: "Folgt mir, ich werde euch zu Menschenfischern machen"
Mk 4,39 - Als er aufwachte, wies er den Wind zurecht und sagte zum Meer: "Sei still, beruhige dich!". Der Wind ließ nach und es herrschte große Windstille.
Joh 4,7 - Unterdessen kam eine Frau aus Samaria, um Wasser zu schöpfen. Sie sagte zu ihrem Jesus: "Gib mir zu trinken."
Joh 13:5-lei Dann goss sie Wasser in das Becken und fing an, den Jüngern die Füße zu waschen und sie mit dem Tuch abzutrocknen, mit dem er umgürtet war.
