Power, Train, Plant & Cache Traditional Cache

This small green-painted container is hidden here where nature's nursery meets DWP (that's what's behind the fence across from you). Do you hear the buzzing from the powerlines above you? Quite a contrast to the plant nursery this fence is againt. Should be an easy P&G with abundant parking available, but be sure to BYOB. Please ONLY take travel bugs if you will move them or pass them along in a timely manner. Take an item/leave an item. Use your stealth so this cache isn't stolen, please. The coords might be off a tiny bit (but not much) so look at the hint for help if you need it.
