There is nothing at the posted coordinates. Don't go there, it is just a decoy spot.
This is a bonus cache for GC9RFM4 Asimov Cascade. At the top of the log for that geocache you will find some adjustments to the north and the west coordinates needed to correct the posted coordinates of this bonus cache. That will take you the finish. After that it's basically highlander rules.
