I drive this Interstate up to Fargo and back to Sioux Falls at least once a week and often times twice. I always stop here and check everything on my load before I continue south and have to cross the state weigh station a couple miles south. There is a nice couple that have been taking care of this rest area for years and they do a great job!
For now the cache container is a preform tube hanging on a wire on the back side of the fencepost. You can just reach around to get it. The wire on the fence is barbed so be careful with that. My plan is to build a unique box and attach it to the post. Might be a few weeks.
