We met vernlefa on a nature walk off McKinney Road earlier this spring. In addition to discovering they are wonderful company, we also found out they are geocachers! They weren't on the next walk organized by a group of Oliver and Osoyoos naturalists to this area, but we thought they (and other geocachers) might enjoy stopping for a wander beside this meadow and creek. You can also get on the old McKinney cross-country ski trails for a forest walk. Lots of birds and ground squirrels to watch too. We've driven by this area many times without knowing it was here, so a good place to stop as well as another Good Place for a Cache.
Our GPS was jumpy so we averaged coordinates. No cell service here.
