Geocache Description:

DO NOT PARK IN ANY STAFF/FACULTY PARKING SPOTS, Campus Police can ticket you. There's plenty of free parking all over campus.

This letterbox will take you on a quick walk around the outside of Schoolcraft College's Health Sciences Center, formerly known as the Applied Sciences building. They've added on 36,600 sq. ft. of space to the old building. Two of Schoolcraft's strongest programs are Culinary and Nursing. They've had an impressive facility for their culinary students for as long as I can remember, and now they've invested in making the nursing facility absolutely incredible as well. It officially opened in April of 2022 and offers 23 labs and 10 lecture rooms, including many high tech equipment machines for valuable hands on training. Their goal is "Preparing tomorrow's healthcare heroes today."

To start your short journey, park in the North lot in any of the non-faculty/staff parking spots and walk over to the posted coordinates. You will be standing outside one of the new entrances, proceed West along the sidewalk. Do not cross the road, instead head South on the walkway. Most of what you're walk passed now is the old portion of the building, sans the middle section set back a little with the 5 windows. As you come to the end of the building, head East on the sidewalk until you encounter the next corner of the building, then head North. As you come to a fork, veer slightly right then slight left to continue on the path heading North. You'll notice the 2nd new entrance on your left as you continue North. Once you reach the blue emergency pole, stand just East of it and project 293 feet at 93 degrees to the final.

PLEASE leave the stamp and stamp pad in the container, these are not trade items.
