Located along "New Line Road" which runs between Roach's Line and the CBS Highway.
The trail to this cache goes to an amazing lookout which gives a full 360 degree view of the Nine Island Pond area as well as Conception Bay in the distance.
After finding this cache, continue on to the top of the trail to take in the amazing views of the area. Once you have enjoyed these views, carry on just a short distance from the peak of the hill to search for one of the oldest active caches in the province, Joey's View - GC262D. This cache was placed in 2001 and is currently one of fewer than 10 left in NL from that caching year.
The road to this one is a gravel road but is easily accessible by any type of vehicle. The trail is an old ATV trail and is a perfect hiking tril to this cache and the top of the hill where the viewpoint is.
Cache is a camo'd PB jar, hanging in a winter friendly manner just off the trail. Please be sure to place it back so that it doesn't get accidentally discovered by muggles.
