Williston High School, home of the Coyotes! Awooo! This should be an easily spotted park-and-grab, LPC. But there's a twist. You'll have to solve for the combination. Please be gentle with the cache as to not break it. Use stealth most times of the day, as this is a high-traffic area. Goodluck...
