Federation Council was formed in 2016 with the merger of Corowa and Urana Shires. The main towns are Corowa, Howlong and Urana. Hopefully you are here to do the Adventure Lab that uses the same the waypoint (it can be accessed here Federation Small Towns Adventure Lab). Each answer uses the same numbers to create a multi nearby - the photo in the gallery will give you a hint of where you need to be.
You are at the Balldale and District War Memorial. Find the blue and white sign and find the year that the sign was erected - this will equal ABCD.

You are looking for a micro cache within a camouflaged container (bring your own pen). As with all bush caches in Australia beware of snakes in warm weather.
