It was just over 10 years ago that Beilke Monkeys and I raised our hands in a Girl Scout meeting and volunteered to teach Geocaching at camp that summer. At the time, neither of us had ever held a GPS nor found a Geocache. About a month later, I stood with my family just down the road from this spot ready to sign my first log sheet at "It's just a small CAVITY".
Now 10 years later and Geocaching has taken me to some amazing places and introduced me to some interesting people. I have stories to tell and have even introduced people to this amazing sport. On any given weekend you can typically find Jolocachers, Beilke Monkeys and I hunting down caches together. That's what this experience is all about! Being outdoors with family and friends! Seeing some cool places and creative caches! Here's to another 10+ years of caching!
