Another in my Finnley series. This cache is in memory of a man that I used to pass on my way to work everyday for years. He used to sit on a 5 gallon bucket watching the cars go by. I fondly started calling him 'Bucket Chuck'. When COVID hit he disappeared so this is my little tribute to Chuck :)
