Lake Jericho is a 137 acre lake featuring fishing, camping, picnic areas, hiking trails and GEOCACHES! A daily admission fee ($3.50 per adult) is charged to anyone visiting and the proceeds are used to maintain and operate the park. There is a boat launch fee of $5.00. Rental kayaks and non-motorized jon boats are available. While powered boats are allowed, the entire lake is a "no-wake zone", making for some smooth paddling.
The Park is open seasonally (April 1st through October 31st) from dawn to dark. All Lake Jericho caches have been placed with the knowledge and permission of Park Management.
All of the 2022 paddle caches are camo'd preform tubes with vinyl log sheets. They were placed from the seat of my kayak, except for the one by the dam. The cache names are numbered to be consistent with active paddle caches placed in 2013. The cache titles also include a few words to describe my experience in that area. Your experiences may vary.
Be safe and have fun!!
