You have approached the infamous Lagoon located in Peña Adobe Park!
You may have approached it when it is fairly dry!
Hopefully one day it will be filled with that murky water so those goonies can return!
You might have to make a little climb to get to the cache! But with that you should be able to catch a good view of the lagoon as well as with the rest of the park!
