Near the location of this cache you will find the field of a lesser known sport in South Africa, Korfball. Invented in 1902 in the Netherlands, the game of Korfball is very similiar to Netball, played by 8 players a side however with no dedicated positions. Defenders and attackers swop roles every second goal. To score one has to throw the ball through a netless basket mounted on a 3.5m pole situated in the middle of each half of the field.
