It's worth a visit, during the festival on the 8th of December it might be hard to stay undercover, as 100.000s of people travel there to visit the basilica.
The cache is located nearby in a recreation area with lots of trees and playgrounds for the kids.
Paraguay is an interesting and "underrated" country, still to be discovered. Only very few caches are located here, so we want to change this.
