I have always enjoyed the areas of forest along the Susquehanna River but in particular the places where the forest canopy opens and the sun and blue sky show. The landscape becomes rocky and scattered with pine. Strange fungus and lichens grow, and lizards skitter and snakes slither. It is in a place such as this that this cache resides.
Easiest way to this cache is to park at the Pinnacle parking lot and follow the trail till you reach the closest point to the cache. From there it's a straight line down the hill to the cache.
