The Cache
The cache is not at the initial coordinates. It is somewhere in Kukes and not too far away from the centre. You need to find the answers to a few questions and calculate a couple of formulas to get the final location of the cache.
Stage 1
When was the first flight ever from the airfield that you are looking at? Mark the exact date as AB/CD/FJGH in the format of DD/MM/YYYY. If you did your history research right, the date that you will find will be A=G, B=C and J=H.
At this point, you are good to move on to the next stage.
The coordinates for the next stage are [North DA° D.(D+G)H(H-A)' East GB° A(D+F).BD(J-G-F)]
Stage 2
Now you are standing in front of a building that worked very hard during the cold war. You can make your own search for the history of the place by typing in google what you read on the big engraved plaque in front of you, but to move on towards the final you will need to count how many stairs are used to enter that building, and mark that number with S. At this step you can use all the parameters that you have decoded so far.
The coordinates will be [North (S-G-F)A° D.(D+F)(S+F)F' East AB° AD.HJF']
Final
You are now standing in front of another building rich in history but only visible once you get in. You don't need a ticket to access the cache.
