This is the 37th in a series of midweek regular meets in the centre of Leeds. Matthewgibbs, Sam539 and I have take it in turns to organise. This is an informal get together of geocachers to chat about all things caching and non-caching, and the 13th (hopefully not unlucky for me) n the series that I have hosted.
The event will be at The Stew and Oyster Calls Landing 36-38 The Calls, Leeds LS2 7EW from 18:30 to 20:30, but I'm sure a few people will stay longer than that. We're a friendly bunch, so cachers old and new are welcome. If you haven't been to an event before, drop me a message beforehand and I'll look out for you. We'll be in the area on the left as you come in
How to get there:
By train - Leeds railway station is about a 10 minute walk from the venue, when using the south entrance.
By bus - Leeds City Bus Station is a 5 minute walk away. Many busses also stop nearby on Neville Street, New Station Street and Infirmary Street, all of which are a short walk from the venue.
By car - There are a number of streets within 5 minutes walk of the venue to the south and west with free parking after 18:00. The closest multi storey is probably Trinity Leeds, which is £4.00 after 17:00 and around a 5-10 minute walk away.
The venue offers drinks including beers on tap.
At the moment they are only offering bar snacks rather than a full menu so you might want to get food before/after.
