I love kayak caching. Paddling on the various streams and rivers in north central WV. Enjoying the water, seeing wildlife, is a stress relieving experience. This stream was lonely for some geocaches.
The stream is for kayaks or canoes only. You cannot access this cache by land as both sides of the stream are private property. It can only be reached from the water. The parking area and launch site is located in Bruceton Mills just above the small dam. Don't worry the current will not pull you over the dam. However, if the water is high due to flooding the current could be too swift, but you wouldn't be trying to kayak then anyway right?
