The memorial can be found on an island opposite the petrol station on Cromer Road. The memorial takes the form of a Celtic cross on a rectangular base with the inscription on the plinth. Thirty five names are listed for World War 1 and seventeen for World War 2.

 


Quick gathering by the memorial to mark the War Memorial Day 2022. The series highlights sacrifices of yesteryear. Hopefully we will be lucky with the weather but we will be keeping a close eye on the weather forecast 🧐
