Zaklad je postavljen v sklopu pristopa do Kolujev.

Krasji vrh se nahaja med Bovcem in Kobaridom na gorskem grebenu Polovnik. Krasji vrh je s svojimi 1773 m tudi najvišji vrh omenjenega grebena, zato je z njega lep pogled proti dolini reke Soče in okoliškim vrhovom.
