Please close the gate Traditional Cache

A series of caches skirting Fir Rigg Wood along public footpaths and bridleways marked by yellow and blue arrows. Parking is available at Errington Woods or Upleatham  (near the war memorial). The circuit is approximately 3 miles and has a couple of uphill sections depending on which way you go. There is no need to enter Fir Rigg Woods at any time (sections are private property). All caches are on or near to the paths but as there are stiles so unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessable.  Note that at times the field near Lightning tree contains cattle so any dogs must be on a lead.
