Huckworthy Bridge Seat With a View
Mediaeval Huckworthy Bridge crossing the River Walkham dates back to the late 1400s, and is, by modern standards, VERY narow, as our nearside front alloy will sadly testify. The approach from either direction is idyllic, and well worth taking time for yet more pretty cottage photos. Having driven over the bridge more than a few times on our way to Burrator, or the further reaches of Dartmoor, once again realising that here was a seat crying out for a Geocache. The Car Parking Waypoint will bring you right up to the seat, just leap out and sit down. The simple little Cache is hidden a few metres up the road toeards Walkhampton.
Ideal for Cache & Dash, or Coffee Break!
