The geocache is not at the posted coordinates, but you should be able to find it quickly as the second stage of this easy 2-stage multicache.
On April 19, 2017, I noticed that there was no geocache at the Ventura Metrolink Station. I quickly corrected that by placing a pill bottle under the lamp skirt. Ten days ago, a geocacher with zero finds could not find it. I pretty much ignore that DNF until today when I was in the area. I checked; it isn't there. A five-year-old cache that most of the locals have found that has only 1 FAV point? That's a situation meets all of the criteria for Refreshing the Game Board.
So that's what I am doing with a geocache that is "at least a little bit better."
The posted coordinates will take you to a vehicle charging station with a phone number in case you need help. Use this information to obtain the coordinates to the final, which is magnetic and not an LPC

C = the most common number
D = the ninth number
E = the sixth number
