Given that the Australian 2016 census indicates that No Religion and Jedi Knight are the fastest increasing classifications of the optional religion question "What is the person's religion?" it is not surprising that there is surfeit of empty churches that have been repurposed.

Mypolonga St Ethelreda's Anglican church. Local limestone and brick quoins with gothic features. Gifts for the new church included a stone from the Cathedral of St. Etheldreda, Ely, England. Adjacent bakehouse was purchased 1960s for church hall. The church was closed in 2018 and sold. The building has now been converted to a cafe.
