THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES BUT IS THE BONUS FOR AN ADVENTURE LAB
Federation Council was formed in 2016 with the merger of Corowa and Urana Shires. The main towns are Corowa, Howlong and Urana. Hopefully you are here to do the Adventure Lab that uses the same the waypoint (it can be accessed here Federation Small Towns Adventure Lab).
Final stop is Rennie which I think is the smallest town on the tour in Federation Shire (43 people in the 2016 census). The post office closed in 1989 and the pub nearby seems to have closed not long after. All that seems to remain is the silos (on the railway line that connects to Victoria and finishes at Oaklands) and the football oval.
This bonus can be done by collecting the clues from the Adventure Lab or the associated multis (the answers are all the same). There were five locations with number answers
