Welcome Appalachian Trail thru-hikers, section hikers & all manner of A.T lovers & passersby alike! Although geocaches are not permitted on the A.T or within its corridor, this one awaits you in, arguably, the most historic & famous Trail Town on the entire A.T! It is home to historic hiker hostels, eateries & the start of the FAMOUS 100 Mile Wilderness section ~ not to mention the cute waterfall & picnic spot where this cache awaits you! Take a visit & enjoy the town & visitor center or hop on the A.T itself for a stroll at the end of pleasant street or at the actual start of "The Hundred" on rt 15! Whatever you do, GRAB this cache!
