Geocache Description:

A HUGE rock sits very close to this cache.  I mean it is HUGE!  How did it get where it is?

This cache is closer to a short bridge over a small creek.  The coordinates should put you on the huge rock side of that creek, but within 25 feet of the bridge.

Please remember that the Ditch has historical status and the archeologists at the Forest Service desire that it remain undisturbed.

The Treadwell Ditch does have an access point in the Bonnie Brae neighborhood.  It is a 30-40 minute hike up some muddy sections to reach the ditch.  Take the "south" Treadwell access when the sign presents itself.
