This cache is not at the posted coordinates. You will need to obtain the coordinates for this mystery cache by completing the Leesburg Historic District Adventure Lab. You will need a smartphone with data service and the Adventure Lab app installed. You can install the app by going to https://labs.geocaching.com.
You can launch the adventure by opening the Adventure Lab app and browsing to "Leesburg Historic District".
Once you have completed the adventure, you should have 5 codes: A, B, C, D, and E. If you need to retrieve the codes later, you can reopen the adventure in the app, and view the journal entries for each of the 5 locations.
For the bonus cache you will be going to an old building that is vacant but a new tenant is supposed to be coming soon.
