1K For O’Henry!! Traditional Cache

We have been holding this special ammo can for our good friend O'Henry. We have known this young man since before he could walk. Now he hikes miles and miles with no complaints  He will be hiking a few miles for his golden can. We just knew he wouldn't want a park and grab. 
We parked at the overflow parking for the Hickory Run Boulder Field and began our hike on the Stone Ttail. We followed the trail out to the powerline. After a short hike on the powerline we entered SGL 129. We connected to a trail off the power line to find an awesome rhododendron tunnel. Once thru the tunnel GZ will be a few feet off the trail. Please please rehide the ammo can well. Sure hope O'Henry enjoys the hike as much as we did. Total hike is roughly 5 miles and there will be elevation.
