I stopped here to scout a location for a puzzle cache and found this historical marker. I've driven past it hundreds of times and never knew it existed. So now I'm giving you an excuse to stop and see it too. Plenty of room to pull off the highway when traveling west from Carson City. DO NOT attempt to get this from the Eastbound lanes.
