The event will be held at Slattery Park near the corner of 46th and Northwest Blvd. The coordinates are supposed to be for the parking lot, we will meet in the parking lot unless the nearby shelter is open (I will not be reserving the shelter).
I am working with cachers in Wisconsin and hope to have a large number of trackables available for exchange.

Why a Trackable Safe Exchange? Are you ever concerned when dropping a trackable at an event that it might never be retrieved? Trackable Safe Exchange is a way to minimize that concern.
Please record your dropped trackables at the time, or prior to, physically dropping in the Physical Drop Location at the event.
Please physically retrieve only as many trackables as you physically drop (for those without trackables to exchange - feel free to grab one).
Please only physically drop and physically retrieve trackables once (no double dipping).
Upon physical retrieval, please record your Geocaching name next to the Trackable Code on the Trackable Safe Exchange Retrieval Log.
Make sure to record the retrieval electronically within one week of the Trackable Safe Exchange event.
Trackable safe exchange coordinator will attempt to contact the retrieving Geocacher regarding any trackables still in inventory that the Geocacher noted as retrieving after one week of the event.
After one week, the trackable safe exchange coordinator will contact the trackable owners for any trackables still in the event inventory and let the trackable owner know the name of the Geocacher who is named as retriever on the retrieval log.
TRACKABLE SAFE EXCHANGES ARE MEANT TO BE A SAFE AND FUN EVENT FOR BOTH GEOCACHERS AND TRACKABLES.
I plan on having two drawings, one around 6:00 PM and one just prior to wrapping up around 6:20 PM. Prizes - unactivated trackables, of course. You must be present to win.
