The cache is not at the posted co-ordinates but it's a good place to park for bigger vehicles, cars towing vans or if you prefer free parking.
After completion of the AL, Mystery of the Missing Guitar, you'll be given co-ordinates for this bonus cache. It can be a busy location, please use stealth.
