Wynn vale dam has a compacity of 100 megalitres and was made by winemakers in 1962.
Wynn vale dam is a beautiful place for a walk, cycle or run. Wynn vale dam is a really good place to bring your children because there is a playground (northern end) a farm with horses that you can pat and feed (Easton side) a bored walk and a place where you can feed the ducks (Easton end) and probably the only reason your coming here there is the spillway on the southern end.
There is a lot of nature at wynn vale dam which includes birds, fish, horses and a lot of bin chickens (on the middle insland)
The cache is located at the bottom of the spillway which brings you to a waterfall, that is where this cache is located. At the bottom of the spillway there are many trees with a lot of vines and a lot of rocks.
If you are looking for this cache in the winter and a lot of rain has just came the spillway is probably running. But if you are in the summer it will all be dry and probably easier to access the cache.
