This is a memorial geocache for the original "Alphabet A - Anchors Aweigh (GCKTTC)" geocache, the first alphabet series geocache in Finland. The original Alphabet A was hidden in October 2004 by Liimes, and later adopted by rtl. Unfortunately that geocache went into archives in July 2022, so this geocache continues the task of being the first Alphabet geocache, and also having the same hint (A and B values) in this geocache's logbook. You need these hints for the next alphabet, the Alphabet B - Bubbling Bath (GCKWK8).
There is no need to create anymore more alphabet geocaches, and one can't even ask others to do that in these geocache descriptions. But for historical reasons the original and first Alphabet A description is in below:
This is the the 1st cache in the series of alphabet caches. The purpose of this cache is to eventually create a series of caches from A to Z. The next cache in the series is Alphabet B - Bubbling Bath (GCKWK8) by Peetu. Note that the name of the cache has historic reasons, the current placement really doesn't motivate the original naming.
