This cache is not part of the other caches that were placed along Hunter St. This one will require a bit more hike up than the rest but it is worth it if not for just the view that is nearby. Hunter road is not accessible by vehicle without a key for the gate so you will have to hike it to get to this one. I recommend getting this one from the back side as it will be a much eaiser hike then from the front side. The hike is about 7km to the end if you go by Hunter St. it is a fairly gradual incline, however this cache is much shorter than the full length of the road. You will see fantastic views of Stave Lake while on your hike once you get up to the top.
