In order to qualify for this cache, you need to have at least 75 "Tree Climbing Required" attributes to sign the cache, otherwise you can log a (write note) until you have the required number.
As with the subject of the cache, you will need a method of elevating yourself up to access the cache.
A reachy tool will not be sufficient to access the container as it's double zip-tied in place.
NOTE: As with the other caches in this series, the unmaintained road allowance that gets you to this area is very rough and not designed for cars.
SUVs, crossovers with sufficient ground clearance, and pickup trucks should have no issue accessing the area.
