A couple of the Team SEAC crew were out on an adventure and we stopped here for lunch and decided it was a great spot for a cache. A nice hidey hole was soon found but then the discussion turned to the submission and importantly 'what shall we name the cache?'.
We wondered about lunch, there was a fly issue, there was a cache on the fly....I think we settled on lunch on the fly (well that's what I've called it anyway!)
After reading some of the previous log for people on this walk I was a bit hesitant about how tough it might be but actually it was quite nice. We dropped a car at the end and drove back to the start. The first section of the track is across farm area and then the second section continues along the riverside and could be more slippery / muddy and at times not very well marked but actually not too bad. These sections took us around 4hrs meandering along and of course caching. The final section is parallel to the road and therefore it can be driven if you choose to do that rather than walk it.
Happy hunting.
