The geocache is not at the published coordinates. As a Mystery Cache, you will need to deduce the coordinates from the puzzle below.
Welcome to one of the Cognitive Reasoning Ability Puzzles (C.R.A.P.) near Charleville. Each puzzle is different, and is part of a series designed to help "Train your Brain"

Your Frontal Lobe is a natural leader - this part of the brain loves solving problems.
Your Temporal Lobe is a listener - it processes what you hear and helps you understand.
Your Occipital Lobe is looking all around - it can tell when something is moving and what colour it is.
Your Parietal Lobe is busy taking it all in - it helps you pay attention, read and write.
Your Cerebellum is a mover and shaker - it helps you synchronise and harmonise your body's movements.
Your Limbic System (internal) is a sensitive soul - it forms and processes emotion, deals with smell, learns new things and holds long-term memory.
Brain training could help you be ready for any challenge ahead.
This is No 5 of the series.
Each square n the puzzle may contain either a 1 or a 0.
1. No more than two adjacent squares may contain the same digit, ie you can not have three adjacent squares in a row or column of the same digit.
2, Each row and each column must have the same number of 1s and 0s, eg for a 10x10 grid, each row and column will have five 0s and five 1s.
3. No row may be the same as another row and no column may be the same as another column. However, a row may be the same as a column.

Take the binary number formed in the shaded diagonal, convert it to a decimal number, then enter the decimal number into Certitude for the final coordinates.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
