Coventry Forge Multi-Cache

A simple field-puzzle multi requiring some math to get the final coordinates. You shouldn't have to move the car to get to the final. Since this is on Chester County Park land, please obey park rules, and note this cache is only available from 8am to sunset. Bring your own pen!

I've parked here a number of times to hike into Warwick County Park or walk the road which joins up with the Horse-Shoe Trail. If you are here with children, you do NOT need to walk on any roads to reach the final.

When you arrive on site you'll see a historical marker about Coventry Forge, as well as some additional signage for the park.
 

You'll need to read the signs to answer the following questions. The final can be found at:

N 40 A.BCD, W 075 E.FGH

A = Number of letters in the part owner's profession
B = Sum of digits of year built - sum of digits of the 4-digit number on the Warwick County Park East Access sign
C = Number of letters in Lincoln's ancestor's first name + 1
D = (Second year on marker - first year on marker) - 2

E = Fourth year on marker plus one - third year on marker
F = (Fourth year on marker - third year on marker) / number of letters in builder's full name
G = (Sum of digits of the 4-digit number on Warwick County Park sign - sum of digits of year marked by CCHS) - 1
H = Sum of digits of year built - sum of digits of year of last heat

You can use the checker, or verify that the sum of A-H is 74.
