As you enjoy the Marblehead Lighthouse, take a few minutes to explore the property. Grab a chair or picnic table and enjoy the view. This is one of the most beautiful views of the lake. You can see South Bass Island (Put-in-Bay - Perry's Monument) and Kelley's Island. The variety of boats is always changing - sailboats, power boats, jet skiis, ferries, freighters, working boats... and of course, there is the Marblehead Lighthouse, one of the most photographed buildings in the state. The cache is in a spot where you can "see the light".
The park is open 24 hours - the lighthouse, museums and gift shop are open in the summer months from noon to 4pm.
Please be careful if you climb on the rocks - they get slippery when wet.
Bring a pen to sign the log.
