WHERE: On UTK Campus at the Circle Park which is off Volunteer Boulevard.
We will assemble near the Torchbearer statue.
Transit online map currently states "45-minute Circle Park Drive Visitor Parking".
If the Kiosk is open, get a free temorary parking pass. If not, it is free on on-game days.
Construction is Constant on Campus. Parking is by Permit, or Paid.
