This is a simple 2 stage multi with just a short walk needed between the posted and the final.
I hide at least one cache every month anyway, but PezGremlin has been promoting Year of the Hide and has selected Multis for July. Might as well make this one a multi!
There is nothing hidden at the posted coordinates, but you need to go there to get the information required to get the final coordinates.
There are some numbers on the sign with the stick figure on it.
On the second to last line, there are five digits. Call them ABCDE.
On the last line, there are six digits. Call them FGHIJK.
Now do some math!
L = J - A + B
M = B - I
N = J - K
O = F + G + H + I
P = A + F - G - H
Q = F - G + K
R = J + G
S = F - J + A + B + H
