I have permission from the branch manager. She even helped me pick one of the spots!
It is fairly simple mulitcache. The final stage is in the library. Your options are either taking a few friends and spending several hours looking for it, or finding the first stage where I'll tell you where it is!
Library hours are
M-Th 10am-8pm
F-Sa 10am-5pm
Sunday 12pm-5pm
There are extra self-service hours if you have a library card.
