This cache is one of a series of 26 caches, one for each of the letters of the alphabet. Placed across the county by a team of 'Nottingham Geocachers'. The Caches vary in type, size and difficulty. Each one has a different initial letter and a link to the county of Nottinghamshire.
J - Joe Dempsie.
Joe Dempsie is an english actor who grew up in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire. He attended the same school as me (different year!) West Bridgford and he trained for acting at the Central Junior Television Workshop.
His most notable roles to date are playing Gendry Baratheon from Game of Thrones who was the hammer wielding "illegitimate" son of the king (whos house sigil is a Stag) and Chris in the first two seasons of Skins and voice over work in the popular MMORPG video game, Final Fantasy XIV where he voices two characters, Ardbert (The Warrior of Darkness) and Arenvald Lentinus.
He has also appeared in other shows such as Doctor Who, Merlin, This is England and various other shows, movie, radio and voice over credits over the years.
