On the shores of the beautiful penguin surf club beach is this well-hidden cache! It may even come in handy to have a little grabbing tool or tweezers to grab this cache from its hidey hole! This area has a lovely pathway that’ll lead from penguin across preservation bay out to Sulphur creek and one day right out to burnie. At the time of placing many parts of this footpath is still under construction so take care if you decide to walk along this stunning coastline!
Around this stunning surf club there is a few memorials to local drowned swimmers and surf life savers if you have the time, I highly recommend taking your time and having a little look at them and reading the short plaques about the few people.
With parking behind the surf club, toilets in the surf club and a lovely playground where Abb and Nick sat to decide where to place the caches! Not to mention the stunning beach right in front of you this is a lovely spot to come and spend some time or even a sunset or sunrise walk along the beach!
