An easy little traditional for the joy of all geocachers who just like to get another point.
During our stay we found some nice caches - many of them were hidden "under the stone","behind the stone", "between the stones" and often in the middle of a field of stones…
However, we did not notice any cache in the area dedicated to olive trees in Crete, which are almost… everywhere. There are said to be more than 30.000.000 of them growing here, and almost every family is involved in their cultivation.
But this is also the reason why it is not a good idea to store the box right next to the olive tree or even on it - during harvest the cache would be gone…
And that is why this cache of ours is symbolically stored… (suprise!) behind a stone.
