What's a WOO cache, you might well ask. It stands for Window Of Opportunity - and that describes its transient nature. In keeping with the cache name, this is a fast(ish) puzzle which was inspired by a recent caching trip to Andorra; my 'Country 47'.
The final is at N51° 4A.BCD' W000° 5E.FGH' and the info you need can be found by solving this puzzle! There are a couple of stages but as I say, it is meant to be fairly quick...
There is no need to bushwack or go anywhere private/dangerous to locate the cache. If you think you need to be be anywhere dangerous or private at any point, you've made an error. There's no need to swim to get to this cache either but there may well be mud.
