Easy.  Peasy.  No purchase necessary to attend.  Hobbits throw pretty good parties, you know.... and there just may be some seriously unusual stuff--like prizes for those who bring/share trackables originating the furthest distance from this event, alien-abducted cows, and other similar every-day-type-of-occurrences.
